These terms govern your use of this website, its guides, calculators and downloadable reference material. If you do not agree to them, do not use the website. If you are below the age at which you can agree to terms in your location, have a parent or guardian review them with you.
These are website terms. They are not a game license, a Steam subscriber agreement or Roblox platform terms. Playing a game, creating a platform account or making a purchase may be subject to separate terms provided through that service.
Using the site
You may browse, use the calculators and download the reference files for lawful personal or informational use. You may share links to our pages and quote limited excerpts with appropriate attribution, subject to applicable law.
Do not use the website to distribute malicious code, try to access systems without authorization, bypass security controls, interfere with its operation or impersonate HYPED. Automated use must not disrupt the service or bypass access restrictions. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website or comply with law.
Our content and other people's work
HYPED's name, branding, artwork and original website content belong to their respective owners. Access to this site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the website, sell its artwork or imply our endorsement. Any license provided with a specific asset takes precedence for that asset. Nothing here limits uses that applicable law permits.
Other game names, trademarks and linked content belong to their owners. Comparisons and references do not imply a partnership or endorsement. Our comparison articles identify HYPED as our own product.
Guides, calculators and data
Our articles are general information. Calculator outputs depend on the values entered and the assumptions explained on the relevant page. Check whether those assumptions fit your game and settings before relying on a result. The tools do not inspect your hardware or promise a particular performance improvement.
Game statistics and descriptions may reflect a dated development snapshot. They can change before or after release. Campaign artwork illustrates the game's presentation and is not necessarily a screenshot of playable content.
Release information and external services
A coming-soon announcement is not a guarantee of a release date, platform feature, price, device compatibility or cross-platform play. Current availability is stated on the relevant page and official platform listing.
External websites, including Steam and Roblox, are operated separately. Their account requirements, purchases, refunds, age requirements, content settings and availability are governed by their own applicable terms and policies. This website does not process game purchases.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains website connections, calculator inputs, shared result links and privacy contacts. Do not put confidential information into calculator links or send passwords to us.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, be unavailable or change over time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its free materials are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
